Welcome to the TopDev Coding Contest !!

In partnerships with numerous Universities (from U.S., France, Canada, Belgium, Czech Republic,...), with coders associations, this third edition of the TopDev Contest occured during the weekend (23-25 March 2007).

Thanks to you, TopDev has become one of the most famous International Contest! (TopDev 2007 saw registrations from 50 countries)

What is TopDev ?
TopDev is the only contest open to various programming languages, absolutly independent from programming softwares editors.
A realistic and detailed business requirement has to be coded using the language you want (Java, PHP, C#, ASP.Net, Python, ...or only with an UML model) within only 60 hours, from home. 
Anyone can contest TopDev : students or professionals, from anywhere.
The winners will not be the fastest programmers, but the ones who will propose the greatest technical solution with the most complete documentation.("it's not a speed contest, upon an arithmetical problem). To be concrete, just have a look to the Subject 2006.

The Jury is being composed of well-established technical experts and professors.

Moreover, "IT Certification" area gathers many information concerning the creation of the "I.S. Able certification" for recognition to IT Competences.
